It’s über rare, but these even came in a turbocharged version. Digital dash, power windows and locks, even sunroof standard. The one caveat - automatic transmission. Source a manual transmission and swap! (At least that’s what I did to my 87 turbo).

I finally swapped a rebuilt 22re last winter into the clean body I bought a few years ago. What a great weekend family cruiser. We call ours the DogRunner since he insists on going along every time we drive it.

Love the old T4R and I love that people are keeping them alive, I kept and did some light resto on my 94 pickup (and maybe a 3.4 swap so it will maintain 2015 highway speeds!)
