You can buy the materials at HD for way less than $100.  Make them yourself in half a day, it is super easy.  I make all of my own screens because it sucks to wait for something that someone else has no incentive to do.

I LOVE fixes like this! Most people if they could even be bothered to fix this would just throw the old door out and get a junkyard door and likely not bother to paint it. These small but complex fixes are very satisfying once completed.
