In 2003 my girlfriend and I made a trip from NC to Boston to visit friends and family. Being selfish, I insisted we take my new Civic Si even though she couldn’t drive stick. Being an idiot, I insisted we leave late in the afternoon and drive all night to avoid traffic. On the way out of town, I took a detour to a

A friend and I were driving 12 hours down to Florida to go to the Orange Bowl. We tried to time it so that we would get there in the morning and have the day to spend in Miami. It was around 1AM and we were on I-95 somewhere in Bumfuck South Carolina when we came up on this massive slide show pile up. There were

12 hours across the Plains where the only pages my phone browser would load were Jalopnik slideshows.

Poughkeepsie NY to Memphis TN as a passenger in a Suzuki Samurai with a soft top in winter.

I was thinking the same thing.... plus you can get a 3800 with a supercharger already installed (nice factory look).

Answer: the 3500 only came with an electronic throttle which the Megasquirt ECU can’t work with. 3400 UIM bolts right up to 3500 LIM.

Fiero owner here.  These are (unfortunately) not worth that much coin.

So damn nice, I would buy mine twice!

It’s a whole lot easier to convert a V8 Camaro into a V8 1LE than it is to convert a V6 1LE into a V8 1LE.

It’s a common problem in sales, and choices in general.

Lawrence, can we get some pics of these trucks instead of just the commenters’ text?  Previous iterations of AOTD had them.

Dude, you just got your Mustang on the road. STAY FOCUSED!!!

Looking forward to you flying to Hawaii and wrenching in this puppy to get it in shape so you can drive it back from Hawaii to Detroit. I will watch every video if you figure out how to make that happen.

Look up Million Dollar Point. There was an island depot in the Pacific. It was more expensive to ship all the equipment home than it was worth. So the USN just dumped it all in the ocean.

I had a 240sx that died (car accident) around the 320k mark. I put 20k miles on it prior to that. I ended up keeping the gauge cluster as a memento.

In my experience, neither mileage nor age matter so much if there is a fat stack of records that show preventative maintenance and repairs. I’ll use the example of the van I just bought. 2011 Odyssey Touring Elite with 128k miles. In just under 10 years since it’s purchase date, this thing went to one of two Honda

police cars are a good example, usually low miles but they are idling all the time and driven like crazy occaisionally

It’s the Cadillac of Jeeps.

I don’t know, gang members are at least kind of honest about their violent ways, and tend to live by a slightly more honest code.
