The show is fun, but I think it is an outrage that the rap/contemporary songs play out in real time when many of them are pretty average and go on too long, but Gladys Knight's (A legend) performance was interrupted by a voice-over and cut into bits. Unforgiveable.

I wish Marjorie (the doll not Jaime Brewer) had come back and killed Elsa.

Pauline "kale" - LMFAO - that's great.

Yes, thanks, I just changed it.

It's the same. The opening credits amazing - the first few episodes promising - the middle arc a complete disaster - the ending unbelievable. And many scenes repulsive and disturbing. And you have American Horror Story.

I love Kathy Bates, and her accent grew on me, but that was a disaster too.

I agree. There is something morally questionable about a show with so much violence and gore and no plot. i'm willing to go there in the service of an actual story, but to just kill people we care about because he can - Murphy is Dandy.

The real freak was Emma Roberts acting.

I guess we should be relieved that Dandy didn't kill Pepper so that she could go on to dance her ass off in The Name Game one day.

Also, it is ridiculous that Elsa became a star….and why would murders at the freakshow or even the video of how she lost her legs be a source of scandal and ruin. As she runs a televised freak show, it would only ADD to her brand, not lessen it, and probably make her even more famous. It's not like Elsa was Doris

Maybe for next season they will hire some writers. This may be the most frustrating show ever made. There is strong acting at times, and amazing images (I always feel the opening credits are the best, most suggestive part of the show), but overall, it's a fucking mess structurally every time. Hasn't anyone ever

I felt the same way. I think it was the camera work. I feel manipulated because they kept suggesting something intense was going to happen, and the most exciting thing in the whole episode was when the waitress said to Saul and Dar, "Can I get you gentleman anything to start with?"

Saul "abandoned" her by abandoning his principles and going with Del. She said to her mother that she felt she could never trust anyone, and Quinn leaves without saying goodbye and then Saul betrays her. That's what I mean by abandonment.

I'm waiting for Brody to come back in a dream and say, "How did we make such an ugly kid? Was it the ugly sex we had in the cabin?"

Good point. I just realized. How DARE they give us a sub-plot about Carrie's Mom (can we all say in unison "who gives a shit) and not give us some resolution about Mark Moses and my favorite the ambassador lady. I think Carrie and Saul should have blown up in the car and the rest of the series could have been about

That baby looks like something from "It's Alive." Don't feel guilty.

This episode felt like a "very special episode of Homeland" Carrie is reunited with her long lost mother. It felt like an after school special from the 70's. Where Carrie said, "You weren't there when I needed you", I thought she was going to start singing, "Just When I Needed You Most" (Homeland, the musical.)

I almost felt I was watching another show. Her performance was beautiful, and sadly, her story of abandonment and going from one institution to another is too familiar. I don't always like what they do with this show, but I felt she was amazing.

Amen, Sister. I can't BELIEVE they recasted her. She's a mess.

I was waiting for Sidibe to take off her clothes. I bet she would have done it too. That would have been WILD. I actually thought she was going to kill Dandy later in the series, or become a freak. She is an Oscar nominated actress, anyone could have played the maid's mother. What a waste. I'm surprised she agreed
