To be honest, if Kara trusts Lena as much as she says she does, she may as well just tell her.

"Well, at least he tried" may have been my episode highlight. Really nailed the line between good-natured and snarky.
It's getting as bad as planet Vegeta.
The waverider couldn't fabricate booze fast enough to keep up with both of them.
Well it called itself the evolution of the arm. I also thought it resembled nerves. But it was like a tree of nerves so both make some kind of sense.
Good point. I guess the better queston is: simulation Bill must have worked out that simulation Doctor was blind, right? He wasn't exactly being subtle and if he doesn't step up his game his charade will last about 10 minutes.
Divine Intervention.
I definitely thought it might turn out to be Bill. Either that or an ancestor of hers. I can't help thinking there's something going on with Bill's family history.
Well the Doctor has killed ridiculous numbers of Daleks and Cybermen alone, and I'm guessing that all the evil creatures that the Doctor has killed would be 'valid' and account for 99.9% of the score. That's what I was thinking of when the numbers kept ticking up.
"You're all going to Hell."
Oh no, I know you weren't accusing me, no offence taken! I assumed that Maggie's actor wasn't white which was at the very least stupid if not racist, that's why I'm embarrassed.
Well colour me embarrassed. Maybe I'M the racist.
Fair enough. I thought it was a completely new, out of nowhere solution. But based on what you say GR definitely qualifies.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that Jemma's afraid of bunnies.
Rapist? When did that happen?
Does that actually qualify as deus ex machina, though? Genuinely asking because from my understanding deus ex machina is something presenting itself out of nowhere that had never been seen or mentioned before to save the day, like the axe thing from Buffy season 7. I'm not sure Ghost Rider qualifies but I may be wrong.
He was one step away from being the merchant in Aladdin.
I guess they could have done with leaving the Mace/Talbot stuff until next season (or maybe not, given the stinger) but I will never complain about Talbot showing up in an episode.
I'd rather this than have one painfully slow-to-build arc across the season that sags in the middle and may or may not have a satisfying ending anyway (looking at you, Flash season 2).
Jemma doesn't need Ghost Rider. Have you seen her pissed off? She basically IS a vengeance demon :)
