As a moderate conservative white dude from the south, I was a little hesitant about signing on to this.

As a pretty average conservative white person, I have my own checklist for how to protest without offending me.

As a fairly typical Southern White guy, I humbly offer that if you think there is a “good fucking reason” to want nothing to do with having me as your neighbor, then you’re paying attention to the wrong white people while making your judgements about us, just as bad as too many white folks are looking at the wrong

I must have missed it. Where does this law define the religions that are eligible or ineligible for this amnesty program.

So are the people who say it’s a sick was correct about everyone, or are the people who say they deserve it correct about everyone?

It would be a lot easier to solve problems if people stopped treating it like a team sport.

This is why I drive a Ford Focus ST. Ford was the only American car company in 2008 not to run to the government for money or declare bankruptcy, because they figured out a lot sooner than the others that Honda and Toyota were going to eat their lunch if they didn’t suck up their pride and step up their game.

I think a dark grey would actually make it subdued enough that it would be drivable by someone over age 30.

If we are being real, people should have more opportunity to start their own businesses without getting swatted out of the marketplace by giant corporations and the economies of scale they exploit.

As a fairly typical white conservative, I think I can speak to that on some level.

People work at companies. Many of those people love their work, and appreciate their customers. Game companies are high on this list, and losing control over their IP is one of the worst things that can happen.

That is truly amazing. In today’s age of content piracy we hear all the time about source code getting stolen and reposted on the web, ruining games and costing devs big money. It’s very cool to see someone doing the right thing.

There is one immutable fact of life that is true for every person regardless of race. If you walk out your front door in the morning under the assumption that another person or group is “the other team”, there is no way you will ever resolve your differences with that person or group.

So I’ve been reading the comments here, and I’d like to ask one question to all participants.

It raises legal questions, but usually violations only become “violations” when the actor exploits the character’s recognition for profit outside of sanctioned activities by the owner of the IP.

I thought Revali was really the only character in the game that had particularly good voice acting.

As a Country-fried Southern white boy, I’m gonna quote my hero and mentor in life, Larry the Cable Guy, in response to this statement.

I’m a proud white southerner. I was raised with a very strong conservative political socialization, and I grew up in a region with a lot of historic racism. There are still a lot of folks I know who hold stereotypes about black folks that they shouldn’t, especially our older folks.

I think it is more telling to the quality of the game that the resulting inaccuracy is much more of a “feature” than a “bug”.

I bought (used) a special edition Windwaker HD version of the Wii U about a year and a half ago in anticipation of BotW, so I definitely agree with what you’re saying. I could have skipped it and waited for the Switch.
