@Onizuka-GTO: I suspected it uses an accelerometer based on the size and bulkiness of the counter on the side. I wonder if it ever interprets random vibrations as shots fired.

@Happyman7: Besides having the game lose all of my dojo unlocks at one point, I have been enjoying the game on my iPad. I just wish I didn't see it on sale for a third of what I paid only several days ago at a time when everything is supposed to have the lowest price.

@ebotee: Actually the mute switch does not mute music at all. I guess it's only used for system sounds. Good for iPhones, terrible for a tablet; I want this switched back!
I much prefer having the orientation lock switch. The new mute switch is pretty useless as it only mutes system sounds and music. I am listening to Pandora right now with mute enabled.
Still need a deal for Gran Turismo 5.
