I’m still not clear on WHY he is getting turned down for scholarships. I read the linked article and it does not make it clear either.

Yeah, if skipping grades and being young negatively affect one’s chances for a scholarship, that scholarship is set up wrong!

I am so glad this little girl finally has some peace. The family too.
