Price a Used Vibe versus a Used Matrix...

For the Tl;dr crowd.

I’m glad you’ve had 32k of problem free miles!

The interior in my sports car does not feel luxurious, but it is part of the event of driving.

Our company made parts for this engine and it was so violent it kept breaking the thermostat, went through about 22 design iterations before it somewhat worked. Majority of the design changes were on the fly but the program but we had a blast working on it. Fun times!

All other considerations aside, this was and still is the best looking Mustang of the modern era. It took the fairly tame 2015 model’s styling (which has aged really well) and turned it up to 11 while still managing to not make it look like a caricature. It’s pretty much perfect.

The GT350 seems like a fantastic car.

Or maybe those 20 people agree because dashboard and center console aren’t even in the top 20 considerations for most people who buy sports cars? I guess that makes most people daft, because god forbid someone have different priorities.

RE performance:

I can’t imagine making this my criteria for a sports car.

Remember when we had an automotive industry?

As someone who has spent a bit of time in Vietnam for work and school, I thought I would ad some context. Vietnam aspires to be an industrial power, and having an auto industry puts you on that path. The VinFast lineup will be selling against imports sold under steep tariffs.

My guess is that’s an aesthetic that works for a high end product in Vietnam. No point in designing for a European or American market is you’re selling in Vietnam.

So, this is some German shell game shit here.

Tesla will buy Lamborghini so they can build the Model SPV411-teen.  Nikola will acqire Bentley to have an actual product that can move under it’s own power.

This would be less likely to happen in those countries for a couple of reasons. The big one being very little freight goes by rail there. Rails are for passengers, ships and barges and trucks carry most of the freight. What goes by rail is express shipments in short, light, fast trains that can keep to passenger train

That's what your mother said to me last night, Trebek.

1. Corvette - Taking it to the richer competition since, say, 1957. *As for the malaise years? Well, Ferraris sucked back then too.*

Ferrari F40 for everyone. No nannies, stickshift.
