Because at no point did you purchase anything from FitBit. That’s how.
Because at no point did you purchase anything from FitBit. That’s how.
Pebble is out of business. They sold assets to FitBit to pay creditors who are first in line to be compensated. They are ceasing operations with nothing left. If they went bankrupt and emerged from it successfully, they still don’t have to honor warranties (refer to GM and the ignition switch issues they said were…
FitBit didn’t buy the company. It bought some company assets. Why are people so pissed at FitBit?
Well done sir. Ain’t nobody got time for trailers
Doesn’t matter if you strip it all out for a track car!
Insert Tommy Bahamas’s, interior, leaf spring joke here. This car mops the floor at track days. An analog car that rewards a driver much like a Miata, but even more because triple the horsepower with 1/4 more weight.
The FRC is significantly less expensive, can often be found south of $15k USD. Also if you’re building a track car it makes more sense to start with an FRC than a Z06 if you’re going to do engine work. It would be a waste to buy an LS6 and then rebuild it with better heads, intake and oiling as doing the same to an…
Carroll Shelby says no.
It probably would have cost more to dispose of the waste properly than the fine was. Carnival has not only not learned anything, they probably made out in the end.
The amount of people using this post as little other than an excuse to say “Well! What a racist! I’m not a racist, this is a racist. I don’t use the n-word, so I’m a good person!” is a little disconcerting.
I know, those rims are horrendous.
the real tragedy is what those people are doing to those japanese cars. can the rsx in that picture even be driven or does it just get towed around to shows?
I feel bad for the non-racist WatercooledIND employees. Imagine waking up one morning and finding out your asshole boss just lost his shit and threw your job into a bonfire. What a gut punch that must be.
This is supposed to convince those muppets that the landing wasn’t faked? They’ll just say that with today’s technology it’s even easier to fake a landing and create fake images that “proves” the landing happened.
“mesopelagic” = Fancy
“mesonotsopelagic” = not as Fancy
also acceptable : “mehsopelagic”
As long as the clutch/flywheel combo isn’t a fickle bitch, it is arguably easier to learn on a torquey car since you don’t have to give any throttle to start rolling.
The solar tile installation should work like any other roofing tile, where they are fastened both to each other & to the actual roof substrate, so performance against hurricanes (as VABlitz brings up) should be about the same. As for the moisture, one of the dirty secrets of architecture is that water WILL get under…
Tesla hasn’t really disproven those claims yet. While popular they aren’t very profitable (unless that has changed in the last few months). I would honestly say that their biggest disruption is looking to be fighting the reduce loud dealer precedents and laws (as their dealerships are controlled by their company).
Has the Tesla really disrupted the market, though? How? Sure he challenged the dealer model, but it’s not like Chevy is changing their game plan in response. It just seems like a cool car for rich people.
The title is misleading. I believe Elon is referring to shale or terra cotta roofs, “costing as much as 20 times more than cheap asphalt shingles”.
