Naw, stop by any current Camaro forum and you’ll find much hasn’t changed. Granted that applies to any enthusiast forum but it seems like the Camaro brand attracts those guys like flies and honey.

this right here like the “stripe delete” Shelby crowd although in the latter the stripes are a. extra cost option.

lol, just annoy him by talking about how good the 944 was in the 80's. It was the better Porsche at the time.

lol, there are some really cool Camaro guys but I can see some truth to that. In the Ford camp it's the Cobros (2003/2004 Cobra crowd specifically) which defintely makes the case for "brother from another mother" since they are ate up with a crap attitude.

Not a Porsche but that reminds me of when the GT-R first rolled out. I was at a Williamsburg VA C&C and there was a guy constantly wammering about how the only cars he deemed worthy of a street race were Ferrari and Lamborghini. That's all he has to say and he was indelibly etched in my mind as one of the greatest

lol

Power density is a go to for the pushrod knuckledraggers and T4 twits of course the recipecoral are the hp/l loons who start smoking like an M5 Multitronic computer when you bring up BMEP as a better arbiter.

Like “motor” and “engine”. While I’m in the camp that uses them to refer to heat cylce engines and electric motors that has no doubt caused some regional instability even though they can be used interchangeably as well.

The “winter tires are better” argument rings true when it’s AWD on summer tires and on ice and I think that’s where it comes from. AWD isn’t a panacea by itself, just an incredibly useful tool when paired with supporting equipment.

Let’s see, all the dumb shit I spew aside and I human enough to admit I can take some dumb positions but...

Can't disagree with that!

While I mentioned the intake and exhuast, engine width was really where my mind was at. I couldn’t see thr LT6 any narrower than say Ford’s Coyote which is around 28" wide. The LT6 could be narrower but not by much and definitely not LT2 narrow which iirc is around 24" sans manifolds and 26" with manifolds.

Chrysler Crossfire, and in the bizarre reality we live in I can fit in an SLK just fine and even be comfortable. Hell even at 6'2" 275 pounds I can fit in a Miata fine and take a trip in one but a Crossfire might as well be an iron maiden.

100% and I remember GM specifically looking to the club for input on the car.

Would it even fit??? Definitely wouldn’t package with the vette’s intake, dry sump and exhaust and that would hurt power quite a bit. I’d say 600 horsepower would be optimistic.

What SAE rating did Honda use for the new CTR? If it was SAE J1349 then it makes power as stated which was the whole purpose of SAE J1349 so manufacturers couldn’t fudge the ratings.

I don’t think that would stop a sovereign citizen, since they probably consider a gun central to their identity (like go nuts constantly spouting the only thing that saves the US from becoming a despotic totalitarian libtard hellscape are a few armed slobs that blame black and brown people for all the country’s

The scary thing is how on point your statement is and how those fuckers in Idaho (including points west) are more or less carving out a section of the country to form an independent state then use it as a stage to "liberate" the rest of us with the help of God and a few nutjobs that make evangelicals look like the

Sovereign citizens are probably the only thing that scares cops more than black people and to be brutally honest it’s not an entirely undeserved reputation since SCs think shooting a cop or anybody really is a completely legit and defensible argument for any interaction from saying they can't enter your home through a

The fallacy here is that sovereign citizens would consider themselves exempt from any sort of gun control laws and would be armed anyway and would respond with lethal force in any attempt to impede them. Even if guns were absolutely banned today those dipshits would be armed and the result would be the same.
