Not to different from an ICE car really especially a street car (albeit with much less endurance). Very few cars can run at full throttle for a significant amount of time although (drag, dry lake and oval racing plus the occasional very long straight at a track) its not an issue since they dont have to.

If you have an old school attic with just plywood roofing and no insulation on the sheathing go get some heavy duty aluminum and a staple gun and run it along the rafters or vertical elements to the truss and you’ll feel a difference. My dad was stationed in Korea as well in the mountains and he told me it used to get cold as hell. He also spent time in Vietnam, didn’t talk about the heat too much there though - just about all the snakes and bugs.
Ford does have a RWD sedan and they sold about 130,000 of them last year (2/3rds in the US). It comes in a T4 and two NA V8 variants and next year will have a T4, NA V8 and SC V8.
