Mustang is a sedan albeit not a very boxy one.
You mean “Supra” just like Ford races a “Mustang” and GM a “Camaro”
My dad was stationed in Korea as well in the mountains and he told me it used to get cold as hell. He also spent time in Vietnam, didn’t talk about the heat too much there though - just about all the snakes and bugs.
Ford does have a RWD sedan and they sold about 130,000 of them last year (2/3rds in the US). It comes in a T4 and two NA V8 variants and next year will have a T4, NA V8 and SC V8.
Hmmm... have you reached out to say some experts to get an idea on how much power is required to shot a laser a 1/2 mile and burn a hole through clothing and vaporize parts of the body in the process?
Sedans and station wagons are awesome!
Well the core issue is survivability when the impact goes down. Even if distracted driving wasn’t a factor the bottom line is a truck is going to leave a greasy stain on the road where a pedestrian and the offending dozer tried to occupy the same space. A car offers a better chance of survival and since SUV/CUV/Truck…
No - Nevada gave Tesla nearly 200 million in salable tax credits when they choose them for the Gigafactory. Tesla has been selling the tax credits at a discount to Casinos so they can lessen thier tax burden and in turn Tesla has been using those sold credits to help bump the bottom like for a few quarters.
Yeah... no... American cars are cheap for a reason. If the chassis and performance is good its going to fall down somewhere and that’s usually in interior materials or build quality or both.
Supposed to be putting down horsepower in the low 700's to the wheels and if a Ford guy at a trade show is any indication the GT500 will run with the Demon (I assume in street car trim sans 100 octane fuel map) so figure on a crank figure of 750+
I’d drive it, might not drive the shit out of it but had I a 250GTO I would develop a nice patina.
Tesla is in a very precarious situation (they are playing a shell game with saleable tax credits granted by Nevada to produce some quarterly profits) and need to pacify anxious investors that there is indeed a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
I can make it through everything as well if I have the support of wealthy benefactors willing to prop me up!
Naw, once you were comfortable with the car and track you wouldn’t have a problem. I think the hardest part is accepting the notion that the faster you go the better the car sticks to the road and going too slow would actually leave you in a precarious situation.
I’ll tell you what really sucks! Modern shifters... I thought I had a handle (no pun intended) on things until I had to move a brand new Volvo.
If I get a chance I’ll try and remember to revisit this thread!
A coworker and I were talking about Ginsburg today if they elect a super conservative justice to replace the outgoing one. Ginsburg probably wont retire an lets sure as hell hope she is god damned immortal!
Well its a good god damned thing people find lobsters tasty! Imagine a world where lobsters go unchecked!
Seems to me she was fairly active even at her advanced age. I watched my dad waste away over about a decade and a half when he retired. In the end a sedentary lifestyle killed him.
