The pushrod V8 is hitting a wall. Its becomng physically impossible to cram more air through a 2v arrangement and still meet durability and emissions requirements.

Lag most likely wont be a huge issue, plenty of manufacturers are using conventional turbo setups with a reasonable amount of success. Just follow the usual formula - modest volumes for the intake path in conjunction with two moderately sized turbos utilizing a twin scroll design coupled to an engine with a fairly…
Well not like Casba Cere didn’t predict this about fifty-eleventy years ago but its interesting to note that somebody is saying that the DOHC V8 is a next gen architecture.
Tsk... tsk... that’s the price paid for tolerating these white nationalist / supremacist assholes.
Depends I think. I’ve seen very low mileage fox body Cobras go for 30-40k (and a R up for 80k). A not unreasonable price IMO and most unmolested cars in good condition with decent mileage can fetch prices in the 20's if they are in good shape as an example
If by every aspect you mean engine and IIRC suspension tuning then yes. Otherwise the rest is GM with GM designed ZR-1 specific parts (wheels, brakes, body panels for the most part as I recall) plus all the regular Corvette stuff.
This! Each generation has its cars. Just like the prewar stuff faded into the 50's through early 70's classics (70's to early 80's malaise stuff probably will never gain much traction). You’ll probably see a pretty fair market for newer vehicles since many early gen-x’ers grew up in the early part of the 2nd…
The ubiquitous Ian Callum coupe shape!
Well I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt after having watched many televised cars pulled to the side of the road only to see another car slam right the fuck into to them for inexplicable reasons???
Reminds me of a story that ran about Roush’s facility and all the dyno testing going on there. The used eddy current dynos and never had to worry about an electric bill with all the OE, Race, and Aftermarket dyno testing going on
Just a brief reading of that engine looks like it was starting to peg as it was producing on the order of 110 hp/l and would probably require a ground up redesign or even a clean sheet design to really push it more (also the engine appeared to be having reliability issues with the head that were in part solved by…
Dont worry, as soon as all that methane is explosively released from all that rapidly defrosting tundra over in Asia oil will begin its renewal process for the cockroaches that will inherit the earth.
Its a tough call - every other country with a high gas tax gets something for it. If the US implemented a high gas tax chances are it would go toward corporate entitlements.
Good with any luck crypto currency will smash the petro dollar and the rest of the world will introduce sanctions against this steaming pile of shit.
If the UN had any balls s they would lobby for increased funding from its other member states and send the US a note saying “go suck a dick”
Could be those back titties you see on grotesquely obese people... just say’n...
Could be worse... at least you can blame the shitty fucking state of your country on inebriated clowns. We have a teetotaler in charge that on his best day couldn’t go toe to toe with some bastard reduced to a persistent catatonic state.
>>shrugs<<
The whole matter of unequal pay is mind boggling to me as is the need to negotiate your pay unless your some sort of independent contractor.
On an unrelated note Jason should be torqueing those wheels in the air so that a side load doesn’t effect the torqueing process - small detail but it can make a difference sometimes.
