@grzydj: there's nothing about that wagon that ISN'T to be proud of. With the 4WD, it's one of the greatest cars ever built, IMNSHO.

@Jackie: Don't you remember the incident with the motorcyclist videotaping the cop? I don't think that would go over well.

Not that I would advocate using jamming devices, especially without knowing the laws pertaining to your country and/or state, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could purchase a GPS jammer for less than $30 on certain websites.

@Elvin Rivera: "ancillary engine loads" generally provide goodies like power steering, A/C, and other things that people won't give up. Clean aero results in cars that are unappealing to the masses. Weight reduction means removing safety features or important accessories (such as rear seats).

@FTGDWolverineEdition: I'm sure other sports car owners do it too, but I've seen more than a couple of MR2's with light trailer hitches. Tow your own race wheels/tires to the track, no need for a trailer.

@pauljones: I've got motorcycle-loving buddies who told me about a magic switch on a bike (Maybe a GSXR?) that you could turn down the power. That's what we need. I love the option of having 400 horsepower on tap, but some parental controls would be nice.

@pauljones: The GTO was pushing what, 350+? You can buy a Kia with about that much, these days.

I can't believe they didn't get that runway shut down before they used it for RC. That's stupid.

@geistkoenig: Yeah, just one question. What kind of a moron buzzes a runway without mentioning it to the tower? If that's what really happened, then the guy deserved the damage he got to his plane, and he's lucky he didn't kill his wife and himself.

@valthun: You misunderstood "growing".

@Rob Makowski: To be fair, if they're asking about an 80's vehicle, it could be a legitimate question. WAIT, LOW, STOP, OPEN, TEMP, PASS, etc etc, all in one huge grid of light-up indicators.

@west-coaster: Don't yell...can't you see, his life is already over? If you've reached the point where a hopped-up minivan is your guilty pleasure, then you should be pitied, not berated.

@RyGuy: Yeah, it's a great slogan. Doesn't mean it's a great plate.

And as a kicker, it violates my #1 pet peeve with vanity plates; I can't stand when people put the make or model (without even any cleverness) as their plate. Yes, I know it's a Sequioa, it's branded as such.

@Adam Spano: Agreed. Small-displacement V8s make me ansty in my pantsy.

@autocannibal: I had that car, but with 4 doors. Fantastic machine. Enjoy your hell.

@Volvo4Life: You know, he's absolutely right. He just missed the part where "using the damn thing" means track days. Or winding mountain passes.
