Mid 90's Toyota Previa SC AWD. It looks like a bug.

@ne1butu: That's an embarassingly well-kept example. Is that what you mean? That's my #1 favorite vehicle. If they sold it new with a set of airbags in the front, I'd own one.

@TampaRon: When they showed up with the turbos, I was intrigued - too new for my cheap blood, but another time, another place...

@IN THE FACE!: " turbo-diesel option I would be completely sold..."

"Oh well, at least they're keeping the XC70. That's the one I wanted anyway."

@Pessimippopotamus: I might be incorrect, but in my brain is lodged firmly the idea that any forced-induction vehicle always gets premium. That being said, I've been to several gas stations where the pumps are in random order, and put in a grade I didn't mean to, due to inattention.

@Flathead Smith: " After the age of sixty or seventy, license renewal s would be no longer necessary. "

@alfasud: It's because in the beginning, we were all hoping this was some kind of crack in the armor of Toyota, and that their own hubris would take them down.

@Maymar: Obviously, the obligation has to end somewhere. But in the case of "what if all the oil leaked out?" I would still lay the blame on the dealership. He had it in for service, they should be checking that kind of thing. What if, for instance, Service Tech 1 had left the oil plug off, and then Service Tech 2

@beercheck: we used to drive my buddy's jeep around the parking lot with the starter. I don't know why.

@Maymar: " couldn't be entirely expected to know"

@beercheck: "Just give 'em the damned key."

@brandegee: " I do this all the time on level surfaces because I have too many bad memories of sticking or broken e-brakes."

@TheTonyShow: " If I poured rock salt down my oil fill tube before leaving the car at the dealership "

@clevemire: "the dealer shouldn't have tried to use a specific system that they weren't familiar with."

For $4k, that'd be a steal. For $5, it might just be worth it. For $6, it's just a little tiny crack pipe. The kind of purchase I wouldn't condemn my friends for, but it's not the one I'd make.

@Skunky: Just under $500 for me, but I've got comprehensive ;)

@BLCKSTRM: I'd love to get a final ruling on this, the internet seems to have many different opinions. Everyone seems to agree that you get the $5 fine if you get pulled over, but every OFFICIAL notice I've read has said that the fine is between $70-$500, like in most states.
