There is a lot of misinformation in this thread. You don’t need 3 hours a day at the gym to get a shredded body or a special diet either. 5 hours a week of weight lifting using a smart program coupled with a sensible diet. It’s not rocket science, seriously. Also, if people think Simmons’ body is only attainable with…
