Fantasy and science fiction aren't the same genres, so it's not being pedantic to consider the two movies to fall in the two separate genres that they do. 

Mobile games don’t conflict with offering robust, single-purchase console titles. It’s not bad for them to be making money in multiple spaces. Neglecting what their core audiences wants (big single-player games that don’t qualify as “games as a service”) is the bad strategy.

Watch a few movies at an AMC theater, and then you'll understand.
