Modelo Especial comes in cans, which are always cheaper than the bottles and never skunked. I think it's like 8 bucks for a twelve pack at my local bodega, which is a great fucking deal. This is good beer to make a michelada with too.

Well, it depends on the gene product's function. Easier access = the gene gets "read" = it makes things (proteins) which do stuff. (this is really technical language, clearly :P)

Sorry to be that person, but: it doesn't change the DNA, it changes how the DNA is methylated, which is a modification of how the DNA is structured (i.e. whether it's tightly wound or not). THAT changes gene expression. However, the underlying DNA sequence is not actually changed. :)
