Nice use of the tumblelog on Scribbling.net", Gina.
@joebaby: IMHO, a living will has little to do with estate planning, other than perhaps determining when death occurs...
@UnStatusTheQuo: A durable power of attorney is an excellent idea; however, it is not an "easy" step to take. The [legaldocs.com] site is an excellent place to start the DIY process, and should result in documents that conform to your state's requirements.
Now if only there were a way to automate these tweaks so I didn't have to do it on multiple computers... FWIW, I love the show hidden characters button.
@joshua: I think you're confusing a "living will" with a will. Kaobear explained it well above as a, "concise document that allows you to do, or not do if you will, precisely what you want to in case of a life altering injury." @monkeyboy: Yes, it adds some options like direction options, actions, etc. Worth trying, plus you don't have to hack it to work with new versions of Firefox. My only beef is the bug I noted in the first comment...
Looking for an alternative to Starbucks?
I loved Super DragAndGo, and Drag de Go is a worthy replacement. One big annoyance is that if you already have text highlighted when you "throw" a link, it searches on the text instead. I'd expect this to be an easy fix, but the developer doesn't seem to be responding to bug reports...
@joebar: I believe you can adjust the cache size up to 4GB, but I have no idea how much google earth data that actually means...
Ahhh, but can you open a bottle of wine with a shoelace??? It's a useful trick I picked up at a youth hostel in Lake Louise, Alberta. This might be the excuse I need to open a bottle of wine in the middle of the day just to put it up onto YouTube... ;)
I'd like a series on color management, how to get hard copies of docs and photos to look like they do on screen.
There are two types of things I bookmarkâsites to access quickly and sites I might want to get back to someday.
@eleazar: Looks like phanfare supports custom domain names. That plus the ability to sync your content across many machines in the background sounds pretty cool...

Hey, this deserves a Windows tag... ;)
