IPAs are still all the dumb rage here in the states. They all seem to give me instant heartburn. I’m fully unimpressed with the IPA trend and cannot wait for it to be over. OR not, and I’ll just drink what I want aat bars that aren’t hipster havens of Hoptastic Hopscotch Hop-to-It Hop-pocalypse, etc...

If you were paying attention you’d notice there are a lot more micro breweries featuring an IPA as their flagship beer as opposed to a sour.

I live in San Diego and IPAs are a PROBLEM.  Pushing out all my favorite imports off the shelves and out of the bars.

For craft beer yes 100%. Yes those other styles are being hyped and are growing segments of the market, but none of those are the MOST popular craft style. As long as NE IPAs are still considered IPAs this will be the case for the foreseeable future.

I live in LA and everywhere I go serves 80% IPA’s.  And I HATE IPA’s.  Fuck that bitter disgusting shit!
