Yeah, a ton of us took off Halo 3's launch day after going to the midnight release at my high school, too. Good times.

Yeah, I don't get vacation time, so if I need a day off I either have to get someone else to cover it (which I try to), or I have to call in sick.
Eh, I don't know about that. If anything, it's because the DA is an old mouse that they just update every once in a while. Mine is the 3.5G, aka the version that came out before the 2013 version.
Better ergonomics, more accurate sensor, additional programmable buttons, etc. It's less that it's a mouse made only for gaming, and more that it's a better, feature packed mouse, just not many people other than gamers have a use for them.
Trying to play a game like Counter-Strike with an optical sensor can really…
I feel you on the Razer quality, but I also feel that the DeathAdder is the exception. They usually go for gaudy and feature packed, with shitty QA. The DA is almost the exact opposite. It is an extremely simple mouse, but with great ergonomics, a really good sensor, and it lasts a long time.
I've had 2 Onzas die on…
GTA IV's aiming system really was broken and shitty, though, and the game didn't deserve 10/10 just because of that. Fantastic game, but it's taken R* how many years to realize that standard 3rd person aiming mechanics work better than targeting systems?...
I'm pumped for GTA V though, I get to play in one of R*'s…
I've got a G15 v2, and I do use the screen, it tells me what music is playing in Winamp while I'm fullscreen in a game, or who's talking in Ventrilo, or lets me see my CPU/GPU/RAM temps and usage.
In fact, that screen is the only reason I haven't jumped to a mechanical keyboard yet. I'm just waiting for Logitech to…
I think he meant it as, too complicated for the consumers, because console makers assume that consumers are dumbasses, so they hold our hands through everything and never let us make decisions for ourselves like adults.
Counter-Strike is one of the only true competitive shooters left, so yeah, I think letting "pros" help with this game can only help. All the patches over the last year have been pushing the game to be better each time (other than stupid weapon skins update)
I didn't even know people actually play it on console, it seems like it'd control like shit.
Went to go pick up my pre-order from GameStop, and the clerk argued with me and told me that it's not out until tomorrow... =/ so much for playing that tonight
At least in Michigan, they don't charge sales tax on gift cards, because you're not actually buying an item... the sales tax is charged when you spend the gift card.
Check out Roll 20. I use it to play weekly with my PnP group after we moved apart. You can also use it as a plugin with Google Hangouts, pretty cool. A little glitchy sometimes though.
They actually just added a portable MP3 player to the game, so you can listen to the awesome soundtrack anywhere =D
What are the other parts in your PC? I got a Sandy Bridge back when they came out (i5 2500k), and a regular 660, and I had constant 60+ fps in FC3 on Ultra. I've also got 8GB of DDR3
It seems weird that you'd notice lower than usual frames in that game, as I figured it was far more GPU intensive than CPU, and your GPU…
Legendary game developers who made PGR (game that put Xbox on the racing game map), Geometry Wars (the game that made XBL take off), and The Club and Blur (2 fucking phenomenal (especially Blur) games), fucking legends of game development, now shut down because goddamn fuckshitting Activision wanted them to make a 007…
As a normally militant Steam fan boy, I do have to point out a fallacy with your comment.
No problem =D Ah, yeah, I definitely see it there, kinda glanced over that one earlier.
... wut? Ninetails looks exactly like a... Ninetales. Not a silly pony...
Inventory is a terrible, I'm sorry. You spend hour after hour counting, and then you get yelled at because other people are thieves.
