Wait, does this have new content or is it just the 4 characters packed in? I already got the DLC, so I'd be sad if this one had something new that mine didn't, especially since I already paid $100 for my copy to get the CE.

By your definition, nearly every game ever made is F2P. That's not what F2P means. It means you can download and play the game COMPLETELY FREE, but then they generally support it with an obscene amount of microtransactions. I have no beef at all with games that let me pay $60 up front and then never pay again, in fact

But, you're still paying to get access to characters that free players don't have access to. I'm saying I'd rather pay for the full LoL game up front and get ALL of the characters and skins. If the game wants to offer both, thats fine, but most microtransaction games don't give you an option to just buy the game with

People always blow things out of proportion. I didn't say that its a virus, I said that I far prefer standard retail instead of f2p, aka microtransactions. If you tell someone that you don't like something, that means that its a virus that can never be made better?

Guild Wars is a bit different though. It still requires a starting payment, which means less hackers (are you more likely to hack if you just have to make a new account, or put forward another $50?). Guild Wars isn't a free to pay game. Guild Wars uses the standard retail that every game except MMOs have always used.

Just because I don't like TF2's payment model doesn't mean I need something more "generic" =/

TF2 has so much more garbage now and so many hackers that I really don't get that. I actually enjoyed TF2 back when it was fairly simple. Every once in a while I'll just try it out again, but I really don't like it now. Plus, it seems that I run into hackers every 2nd or 3rd server. They hack, VAC notices but takes 2

I really hope not. I would so much rather pay the same flat amount that everyone else does and have the game be exactly identical than get in for free but get screwed when other people spend ridiculous amounts of cash on stuff. I just really don't like free 2 play, and since Valve and Blizz are basically the 2 giants

Cool, maybe this one will have a cooler multiplayer then. What I played of MoH wasn't bad, it just felt like BFBC2: Smaller Maps and Worse Hit Detection Edition.

I go to a community college and I would sell my life to have a HUD.

If they make these work with prescriptions I will save every dollar I ever make to buy these. If I end up living in a cardboard box with no friends, who cares?! I can put virtual ones all around me that will be better than the real ones anyways!

But people were already expecting it to be a CE exclusive. Now, EA is offering it to people who decided against getting the CE. I dunno, I guess if the DLC ends up being a huge part of the story I can see getting mad, but I just don't see how its worse than before. People originally thought only CEs were getting this

Oh, I agree that both weapons totally depend on the player, but the survey asks what weapon is better, and I feel that the AK's 1sk ability makes it edge out the M4. If both players were to turn and fire at each other's heads, the AK would win due to the M4 taking 2 bullets. But 99% of the time the person who can aim

"We're a very awesome house apparently."

That's why I don't really think its bad. It was CE exclusive, now they're opening it up to everyone. Why should people who paid 60 bucks get something for free that other people paid 80 for? I generally despise Day 1 DLC, but I guess I don't really see it as that and more as offering people who didn't want the CE up

Ya know, I'm normally against most DLC, especially Day 1, and some of the stuff EA has been doing with ME3 has annoyed the fuck out of me, but this seems kinda silly, since all its really doing is opening up the CE content to people who bought the standard copy. If they wanted the DLC so bad, why didn't they order the

Lost Odyssey looks really interesting to me, I think I'll check it out soon. I'll see if my urges to play a JRPG are because I actually want to or if they're just nostalgia after that xD I already have a huge backlog but I haven't really felt like playing many shooters lately, and with there being so many shooters

I think I remember my brother in law playing it and really liking it, and thats cool, FFX was my favorite JRPG on PS2. =D

I'll look into that, thanks. =D

I'll look into both of those, thanks =D I hope FF Versus isn't a PS3 exclusive, that one looks really cool.
