Question, Does it have a heat pump? Is the enviromentals and the drive system sharing heat, cooling?  Or is just a heater coil in water for heat like the Bolt?

I was not refering to the engine heater as a source of a fire. My suprise was the use of a small space heater to heat the interior of the car. 

When visting Sweden I saw that in addition to block/battery heaters in conventional cars, they used a small space heater to heat the cabin. Lots of issues with that set up blowing breakers in parking lots. I bet burning down cars would also be a side effect.
