Dks2 dlc is just beautifully good. Everything about it is stellar. Even the “bad” parts of it like frozen wastes and grinding loyce souls are neat experiments that don’t detract from the rest of the dlc because they’re very optional, but the level design and npc fights are souls at its absolute finest.

2 gets the shit end of the stick far too often, it is mechanically the most complex and involved game in the franchise and is an ARPG fan’s wet dream for a game that makes practically any build not just viable but fun.
