depends on the original one controller, gen 1 had those really shitty bumpers, gen 2 had better bumpers. The one S controller apparently has more durable sticks and the bumpers are more durable.

The xbox one controllers work wirelessly on pc.. I have mine hooked up via bluetooth, they also have a wireless dongle you can buy..
