I work in tech, and I’ve started saying that if you’re comfortable coming to me with your hair on fire because of an emergency, you need to listen to me when I warn you that there is an impending emergency.  You cannot have it both ways.

Yup, as usual more piggies earning the publics hate.

This sub was a phenomenal act of retributive class justice. We need a hundred more just like it. We need a thriving export of canned millionaires to our comrades, the krill.

Half-assed is still more effort than most cops put into an investigation. They are lazy and have no idea how to investigate, only interrogate and harass. They are not to be trusted. Lately I’ve been obsessively reading about the Canton, MA police force and the levels of corruption, backroom dealing and complete falsification of reports... nothing surprises me about lazy cops not doing the basics.

If I did my job even half as bad as Dion Corbin does his, I’d have been fired long ago.  He’s an incompetent twit that’s going to end up costing the city millions, but it won’t affect him, the people he terrorizes with his stupidity will end up paying for it.

way back when about 20 years ago when I was younger, more sheltered and more idealistic I wanted to be a cop. Did a whole bunch of ‘train up’ stuff with local, provincial and even some federal officers. Self defense, community volunteer, outreach and all that stuff.

Cops going to cop all the way until they try to put the boot down on all of us at once. If we are going to eat the rich we will need to use the cops as the kindling.
