I love Yelp! and use it all the time. can it hose a business? Probably but it can also help. just have to read the reviews and see what seems out of place. Unless you have a lot of contacts that have been everywhere you want to go or use every service that you want to use where do you go for advice and

I have up’d my protein and cut back on carbs. Sweets are my downfall.

My MIL runs SLAM (Saluki Area Masters) for Southern Illinois. Both her and my FIL swim literally ALL OVER THE WORLD in Masters Meets. My wife and I help with running St Louis area meets. I can’t stress enough how friendly all the Masters folks are, swimmers, officials, and all involved. if you want friendly

We did Zion, Bryce, Arches, Canyon Lands, and Grand Canyon one year as a loop. Awesome time.

I need to host since the local game nights around town don’t seem to work. I have been to three now and since I can’t get there EXACTLY at start/open time there is no one left to start a game with. And the times I did hang around and games ended the groups finishing would just pick another game and play ONLY with the

Waze shows pop-up ads for nearby business and it annoying as heck. Keep your ads out of my GPS

I just tried it while sitting down. My shoulders sounded like a crumpling bag of chips the first time around. Felt much better the third time. Going to have to add this to my daily routine.

I feel bad for those companies that used to make more in a quarter than some countries GDP. Maybe they should have saved for a rainy day. About time we get off of oil and if a bruising is what we have to take to do it I say yes. Renewables are the future. Stop the dependence on coal and oil.

How about making people ‘purchase’ meetings? Using the calculator or something developed by the company a manager or project person would have to ‘buy’ you time. Heck, if we have consultants in meetings we still have to write them a check, why not do the same for internal folks?

Ditto.... that and my RSS feed reader...

I am reading this while in my jammies. Been ‘at work’ for over 2 hours now. My biggest issue is breaks. I find that working from home I get a lot done BUT I forget to take a break now and then. Co-workers dropping in at the office or making a coffee run (different floor than I am on) gets me some breaks/activity. At

I am thinking 128 or so for me. At least it isn’t never!

If I have a good bartender/waitress I will tip almost the cost of the drink. I go out with friends to have a good time and I would like the person waiting on us to have a good evening as well.

Well, I may not know the unwritten rule I broke if I appear to get slow service but with bars right next to each other these days I move on and so does my $$. I tend to be a good tipper. I had a lot of friends who worked bars/restaurants/service industry while in college. Just like ADULTS should act, if I upset you

My “ah ha” was getting a personal trainer that was interested in ME and not just filling another Gym slot. She takes the time to know me, my aches and pains and injuries (I am an older adult). With that knowledge she has helped me on my road to fitness. What is the ultimate goal? Stay on the right side of the grass.

The folks who wrote GasBuddy should have been first to this. Oh well... another app.

1800 and Mastermind

Mastermind and 360? They need to be on this list too.

Smirnoff was so bad to my taste buds that I relegated the remaining part to cleaning supplies.
