I was pretty intoxicated one night and I stumbled across this video with Russian music in the background. It features an E92 M3, and at one point it shows a Lexus IS-F and E92 M3 sliding around together.
It’s difficult to fully take in a car in a 5 minute test drive. You get you initial impressions right away, but to get the complete picture, it takes a while. I’m not sure how long. Through my unnecessary car shopping I’ve gone and driven a few cars, 996 turbo, 997 Carrera 4, 2015 S5, 1M, just to name a few. I can…
This 328i xdrive wagon comes in at a low 13k. It is AWD, which is somewhat of a disappointment to some of you, but a boon to others. However, for this price I would forgive both the AWD and lack of sport pack to acquire a manual BMW wagon.
Currently, Carmax has three E90 M3s with a 6MT. They are all 2008s and all around 30k.
This is that story; however, it does not start in Boston, where we picked the car up, it starts in Nashville.
I have extensive seat time in an E90 M3 and spent several hours behind the wheel of an IS-F. Driving a C63 more than 5 minutes has eluded me. Who wants to buy this 2013 C63 and then road trip it home so I can drive it?
Put my two weeks in this morning, it feels wonderful. Already got another job lined up, which I sent them the acceptance letter yesterday.
Its raining in Savannah, but that doesn’t matter, it’s time to awake the beast. As much as I enjoyed the IS-F, enough to make me want one, I still prefer this.
Here’s all the posts related to it:
After this road trip, it’s time to hop on this MD-88 and head home via ATL.
That’s cause we made it to Nashville Tennessee
My stint over, we stopped for fuel for the final time just outside Louisville Kentucky. Next stop: Nashville Tennessee. Around 7 hours and 500 miles later I like it a lot, more than the M3? No, but would I DD one? Absolutely.
We’re at a place that has a tire in the size we need.
Hit a pot hole and got a flat. Guess we’re spending the night in Pittsburgh tonight.
We’re in the middle of Pennsylvania, still a long way to go.
Who needs takata when you can have the itakata, the IS-F will launch this iPhone at me if we hit something.
OpposResidentLexusGuy’s fleet of lexuses now stands at 3.
ATL used to be home, so this was usually my destination. Also, look a Porsche on the tarmac, wish I was important enough to be shuttled around in a Porsche.
