In that time, I’ve put over 9000 miles on the car with the only issue being a CEL for something with the evap system. In that same time, I’ve only put 1,064 miles on the M3.
I say “Can you get my Benz in the club?”
and they’re correct. I’ve been a lot happier than I ever was when I was living in Texas, even if my finical resources aren’t what they used to be. There are still ups and downs, and there is still some self loathing at times, but for the most part I’m doing much better than when I worked in the oilfield. 10 months of…
Also, looks like by the end of this weekend I will have put 8,000 miles on it since I got it. Keep in mind the car had 40k on it when I got it. Looks like I’ve turned someone’s toy car into a DD.
Is what the salesman said to me the first time I ever drove an E9X M3. Anyone else have a similar experience?
It did exactly what I bought it to do, effortlessly rack up miles. Everything was going great until this popped up on my dash:
I was back and forth on whether or not I should take the M3. I was going to decide when I woke up this morning, but the weather made my decision for me. I do not like driving the M3 in the rain, it feels like it wants to swap ends at any moment. So looks like I’m taking the 3, I guess things could be worse.
However after what happened on the way to work today, the fact that I don’t want to put 1000 miles on the M3 in a weekend, and my pessimistic nature, I’ll be taking the E92. I guess if you want some SR20 of the M3 you’ll just have to come to Savannah.
I was on a two lane road and cars were coming the other way and the fucker was in the middle of road. So I hit it. Looks like the damage isn’t too bad, but damn it this isn’t the way I wanted to start my day.
It’s a 2012 Civic Si. He’s my friend who used to have the TSX wagon. He wasn’t enjoying that so he sold it to his parents and bought this instead. I’ll have to drive it next time I see him.
