Wait, why the hell did they pour that into the 944 motor? I'd like to hear the full story behind this...

Build thread ???

If you want to do 18x9.5 all around, I would recommend the APEX ARC-8 ... I have a set on my car, running 265/35/18. There are deals to be had on the used market- I picked up mine off craigslist for $850 last spring, including tires (Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs - great for autocross)

Ok, this one has to be my favorite—just because of how the rumor first came into being. According to the video, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas players took a blurry and heavily pixellated painting in protagonist CJ's house as a sign that the legendary Sasquatch was hidden somewhere in the game. Because the painting

You mean this one, right?

Maybe it's because I'm an enthusiast, but I usually ignore Ferraris unless its a modded up late model (458), an F40/50/Enzo, or something old. They just don't attract attention like other supercars do (see: Lambo). But I would probably ignore a Veyron if it was next to an i8...

This is the only appropriate reaction

Yeah I have driven both ... Mercedes has always been more "executive" than sporty. But I am more interested in driving the F80 , it's not only the engine that makes it an M

I own an S54 powered E46 M3 ... trust me, I know what an 'M' engine is all about. But I don't see why people are so quick to dismiss the S55 when they haven't even driven one. No one complained about the M5 or M6 going turbo... what did you expect was going to happen to the M3? From what I've seen the S55 is a great

I think the S55 is still an M engine ... but a new kind of M engine. Honestly, going forced induction was unavoidable. BMW felt it was the best way to increase power, while also increase fuel economy and decrease emissions. What makes an M is the way the car drives, not the engine, not the transmission, not even the

You can get it from the factory with a manual... But I think this car would be terrible with an S54. The S54, while an amazing engine (probably my favorite ever...), lacks the low end power that the S55 provides. That's really vital to the F80 M3 experience. I love my E46 M3... but this is just a different animal.

The BMW 1-series M Coupe.

Can't see the video for some reason, say's its no longer available...

There have been articles about the Hammer and other insane AMG products. Look man, I love crazy powerful AMG cars too (even though I am a heretic and drive an e46 m3). But I haven't seen a lot of videos like this about AMG cars... post some up!

Was that seriously standing there talking to you about Priuses? You are a lot more patient than I am. I would have told a lot of those people to piss off... especially the dude that just opened the door

Actually the F-5 was used by the US Military and saw combat in Vietnam... although it was very limited as the aircraft was mostly intended for export.

Also the MiG-28's depicted in Top Gun were in fact F-5s:

Those are all common issues with the 335i and all N54 BMW's. While some of what you said is a design flaw, other parts are manufactured by third parties (Bosch, etc) and are tested independently of the vehicle manufacturer. I would say that the N54 based cars are the exception rather than the rule. I owned a 1999 M3

BMW or Audi are not large enough to test their own products? Seriously man? BMW Group sold almost 2 million cars last year. Audi and Porsche are owned by Volkswagen, which is the largest carmaker in the world. Also, Ferrari is owned by Fiat, another gigantic carmaker. I am pretty sure these guys test their cars very

I wonder if there's any gun cam footage from Overstreet's plane. That would be awesome to see.
