If they do this, xDrive would be an option. You could still get an RWD M5 if you so choose. So I don't see what the big deal is, they offer xDrive on most models already, it's only natural it would expand to M models.
I'm going to wait to see it in theaters on the big screen.
If it has under 200hp I won't even consider it, unless it's also extremely light.
