So we took an Uber for the first time on Friday. Cost $25 to go about 3 miles to the bar. On the way back we took a taxi instead. Costs $8...and I didnt get bludgeoned.

What does a rave at the Gorge have to do with racing?!?
Somebody didn't learn about panic breaking. No steering if your wheels are locked up. If they had just lifted off the breaks for a second and turned the wheel they would have been fine.
Wtf. The 1UZ is not even expensive. The miata looks like it is still on stock suspension, and everything else looks clean but nothing special.
My room mate has a SRT Magnun. It's supercharged and putting down some ridiculous numbers. It's a sleeper for sure.
I have had an adapter fail to read on more than one occasion. I like using the right size card for the device. I see failures especially in my GoPro when it gets jostled even the slightest it says no memory card. But I have also seen it in my DSLR. I would recommend to use the correct size without adapters.

Wtf that guy just walked up to the car and opened the door. What a jackass.
OH MY GOD! This is some of the best news I have heard about cars in a while. I hope other places follow suit soon. What will all the hipsters and VW owners do now!
Where did they get their numbers from? Who pays that much for insurance other then a teen.
I've had quite a few cyclists pull up to me at a red light and chat me up about my M3. Most of them are fellow BMW enthusiasts as well.
There is about two or three that make there rounds at local Seattle BMW meets. One is a past race car, has a cage, fire system, stripped and all that jazz. Also pretty much has straight pipes and rips your ears off with an enthusiastic scream. You could tell every time a cylinder fired because your eardrums would be…
I don't think Vibram realizes that most of the people who buy their shoes are fat or lazy or tourists who do nothing more than a 2 mph walk in them.
Fairly certain it came from the bushes on the far side of the street. It was probably heading almost straight at the car then veered right last minute and that's why you don't see it at all on the right side of the impact car.
Only recently did some of the major chains start paying a per delivery amount. When I was 18 in high school I was driving for Papa Johns and got $0 per delivery and I think it was a measly sum per mile. Like one 6 hour shift of around 80 miles of driving I would barely make enough in mileage to put $20 in my tank. Let…
I really hate these guys. 95% of the cars are POS beater Hondas and most of the people participating are your typical run of the mill low lifes.
That's a surface street, look at all the left and right turn lanes. Stay right usually only applies to highways and freeways. I wouldn't ever expect anyone to move over on a surface street.
Middle of the ocean yes, but if the plane didn't crash and did fly back over land then there would be cell coverage. So it does matter as part of the possible conclusions.
I think this is a good possibility of what happened. Took the plane up to 45k so everyone would pass out/die, therefore no phone calls or texts or anything. Then the hijackers could take the plane where ever they wanted without people on board becoming suspicious.
Hilarious how many people are afraid of snakes. 5 minutes watching animal planet and you would know that is not a poisonous snake and is generally pretty docile. If I happened to hop in a cab and that happened I be like COOL!!!! Can I hold it?
