Double post. Ignore.
Thanks. I'll definitely do that.
Wow what a review.
From what I gather from your review, this sounds like a student doing a four page essay the night before it is due and they get a good grade on said paper. Sure it is good and passable and works, but had they started working on it earlier it would be so much better.
But seeing how MS has upgraded the…
They announced one at select retailers. Includes 34 AR cards, art book, and soundtrack cd
Thank you for presenting your point in a clear and concise manner without retorting to flame attacks.
I have both services and I like what they offer but when it comes down to IGC and GWG I prefer actual ownership over what PS+ offers, and like you said, that all boils down to personal preference.
And what you get…
Yes I already bought and played those games, but I went and downloaded them cause now I have access to them at any point without having to pull my disc out. Ease of convenience. That, and it saves my physical copy from wear and tear.
I loved MS idea of buying a physical copy and having a digital copy as well with that…
I have all these services (PS+, Hulu Plus, and Netflix). I like the discounts and beta access that PS+ gives but not the IGC or how it works. I like Hulu more than Netflix cause I use it to catch up on new shows since I don't have cable. Netflix I used to like cause of the same reason but not so much anymore. I'm not…
I dislike the IGC of PS+ compared to the GWG for Xbox. The discounts that they give are amazing compared to most what Xbox gives out though.
I'm not disputing actual purchased games and their discounts though, I dislike PS+'s IGC cause I personally like owning my games. I would like it more if a while down the line…
XBL games are tied to both your system and your online account. So, I can take my gamertag to a friends and download an XBLA game like Might and Magic and still play it on his system as long as I am connected to XBL.
But, if he loses his internet connection midway through the game it'll convert back to a trial because…
Exactly!
I own a Wii, 2x PS3's, 2x Xbox 360's, NES, SNES, PSP, DSi, Genesis, N64, GBA SP, Gamecube, PS2, PS1, 2x Xboxes, and my own video game store. No, I'm not flexing any kind of perceived "M$ superiority".
I paid for XBL and continue to because I like the service better for online multiplayer. I like being social while I…
Except with my licenses on my 360 which are tied to my system even when they take Xbox live off of the 360 I will get to keep those games on my hard drive even without an online connection.
With PS+, once that "rental" timer expires and you can't connect that's it, game over. All you are left with is a whole bunch of…
See I like owning games, both physical and digital. I completely understand the reasoning behind PS+ and why so many like it. It functions like Netflix and other subscription services where you get a TON for a little but at the end of the day you end up with nothing.
It's kinda why I liked Zune's subscription service…
Seconded. Mine lapsed for a bit and I still got to play them and I was offline for a few weeks as well and still had access to them.
That is absolutely the best part and also the reason I don't bother with PS+. I don't like the fact that all I get is a glorified rental of said games instead of keeping them.
Dear Mr. Fahey,
I love reading these Snacktaku reviews. Please never stop (being hungry).
Sincerely,
A guy that is oh so hungry now
I will let you know as soon as I see it. Probably tomorrow.
Thank you kindly bear sir!
Let me know if you do! I wanna watch this soooo bad!
Killer Instinct all the way! The new one sounds more angry than excited about the fight.
I guess I know what I'm going to try tonight.
