Dear Nintendo,
Dear Nintendo,
I greatly dislike lending games to people. For me it's a trust issue. If I can't confide in you 100% then I'm not lending you a damn thing. And that counts if you have roommates as well.
Dear 2K,
I think we just found the Photoshop contest for this weekend...
So I had a conversation with a friend about Legend of Dragoon. Of course it was the obligatory "You know which game was awesome and they need to bring back?" conversation but he brought up a really interesting point.
How about some quality DLC to recoup some of those used sales instead? For example, The Shadowbroker DLC for Mass Effect 2, all the THOUSANDS of songs Rock Band has. I don't know how many people have bought Rock Band used, and then come back and get a new one because of the import feature between titles.
Played for two hours after midnight launch then literally 12 hours straight on my 60GB PS3. No problems.
I had never played Yar's Revenge until it was released on XBLA's Game Room. Talk about instantly hooked. I don't know what it is about that game but I have to say I love it.
Beta Got!
@Szin: It's 3:28 AM EST and I think I just woke my neighbors I laughed so loud.
I've been wanting to do this forever! Problem is though my girlfriend is a big TV junkie and wants to watch things as soon as they come on TV. Me, I can wait. I can't wait till I can wait till the internet catches up to TV and I can sever the ties and not have my girlfriend notice.
@heretrix: I second this motion! Make it so!
@Stephen Totilo: I finally got a chance to take a look at AC2 and see what you meant. I was confused at first thinking you were meaning like leveling up as in a RPG, not a "World" style level.
A thing I like to do is find the strat guide for the game and see how much of the guide is actually the walkthrough. The more of the guide the walkthrough takes up the better. Doesn't necessarily always work though.
@buddhathing: Does the Wii even do patches?
Anyone remember the DOA: Beach Volleyball commercial with all the guys? Link for those who don't remember or never seen it:
Heh heh. While the adult in me says:
@Game_Sovereign: Think of it more like baking a cake, and then having a glass of milk to help wash it down. You don't necessarily need any kind of beverage with a cake, but why not go with something that helps enhance it? #assassinscreedii
@Bialia: EARLY ACCESS. The demo will become available to everyone else as the game comes closer to realease. The 40,000 are for people to get access to the demo this month instead of the first week of January or end of December. It's not like they are saying "Demo only for fans!!!" they are just giving fans early…
@Bialia: Though I agree with you on the pre order demos, I can see why they are only doing the demo on 360. Seeing as the game was developed with the 360 in mind and later ported to the PS3 it makes sense that Platinum Games wants to push the version they feel represents the game the best.
