Interesting choices I do have one to add that should have been on this list though.

Agreed!!!!

I have the series somewhere in my house, I am a history major in university, haha. I have actually yet to sit down and see the mini series through though I will dig it out though.

Interesting stuff happening in the aviation world. I know here in Canada part of the reason for our recent election was over the F-35 and the costs associated with it plus the lack of checking the competition.

@leaverus: I agree that was an awesome gun however it wasn't remotely close to a handgun although Bruce Willis's gun in the movie was pretty sweet but not as memorable as the ZF-1 of Zorgs.

I know, I KNOW! I got a real good way to spend it!!

No way, we'll have the Defiant, a Galaxy, Sovereign and Prometheus Class starship in orbit protecting us from waring aliens...Starfleet will pull it's weight for us :P

I guess studio exec's want movie and tv show pirating to increase?! I know they sure make me want to do it! Heck the movie theatre is bad enough now rentals are more than $3-$5, screw that!

I don't see the big deal, I rarely have lights on in m house normally at night or day, we barely go through light-bulbs, even the non energy efficient kind in the dimmers. Human night vision isn't that bad, more than enough to get through a house or apartment. It's a good idea and like earth day it's more so a

@amazingmao: Canadian Klingons, I agree. I think here in the Maritimes we're going to breed a whole division of Canadian Klingons, don't worry though, we'll still say "eh" for the stereotype sake mixed with our klingon language, just to appease anyone watching us take over the world :P

Think it's still a fake since the real time video has one big glaring error when it shows on the jumbo screen the dude doesn't line up with his movements even with the 20 second time delay, it shows him looking up twice at the screen and lifting the iphone up, none of which he did 20 seconds earlier. At least that's

Canada seems to be combating light pollution just fine...by staying tiny population wise compared to our southern neighbours, lol.

The craziest dance I've ever seen. I especially am impressed with the way the dude in the suit is dancing like a robot and appears to be sped up it's not, it's freakin' mind blowing :P

@Rocket Dan: Yeah but all I have to do to get out of the Paradox Loop is make sure Data decompresses the main shuttle bay instead of using the tractor beam...that'll fix everything.

Excellent map over-lays, I enjoyed seeing the changes over the last few hundred years. There was some very rapid expansion in road construction and population in the 1820's that carried through till the 20th century, really neat to see just how fast it was with the way they created this over-lay.

@minardi: Little off on your facts dude, may want to check things before you post. It's 6 CF-18's and they just have finished upgrading those with the latest avionics systems and a few other advancements as well, don't know where you get clunker from?! They're life span has also been extended too well into the 2020's

@gun6slinger9: 6 actually we're sent they were supposed to be in operation today, according to the CBC they in-fact did complete there first mission to secure air-space.

Flippin' awesome! Now lets see her do DS9's theme! I bet it could be done!

@Johann Schmidt: Yeah but in Canada see we're on a 20hr time-zone so we don't follow the American ones ;)
