Yeah, it was just GRP panels and a custom back, bolted straight on. Badly. 'Slightly foxed' would certainly be the polite way of describing it. 'Bent to buggery' is more accurate.

Mine spent most of it's career having bricks thrown at it by the angry catholic residents of Belfast, so it's covered in holes from where the VPK kit was fitted.
Which is precisely what I'm doing to mine this weekend, crappy British weather permitting.
That's actually a bunch of (relatively) cheap and easy fixes, it's all pretty much straightforward swapping of parts. Good luck!

I use my Ex Army Airportable Land Rover as my daily driver. You get used to it. Or at least you become numb to it. ;)
