Havn't seen this stuff since leaving the US. Is there a UK equivalent?
I hope Debbie's got an effective technique for harmonising or deflecting the energy going her way. Or at least a thick skin. I am wondering just what research indicates that the alignment of papers has one or another kind of energy.
Lovely! I might have to invent something similar, as my doors already have things all round their frames. DO you think something on pulleys from the ceiling might work?
Might be a useful replacement for Whispr (which now seems to have a homonymic replacement at [whispr.net)]
5 or More for me, thanks.
When I see a cool email address like @fastmail.fm, it makes me want to check it out, and I'm grateful to the person who sports it. Same applies in reverse. When someone I care about turns up with an aol address, I want to ask them what went wrong. Usually I already know the answer, and I feel sorry that they got roped…
@geekymitch: ditto. One gmail address for all work-related stuff. If I ever thought I needed a step up from that, I'd hire a domain and use it only for email.
@longbourne: too darn right.
I'm still waiting for someone to build a desktop reader as versatile as Omea, since its own development has stalled.
I want to see a design like this with the carrying capacity and braking worked out.
I rely on Tbrd, and just this year managed to kill off the last bit of Outlook by installing GCalSync.
@FooSchnickens - Forklift Dirver Extraordinaire: I'm still looking for a simple way of doing this. Got any recommendations? I am so not going to limit my autoinstall to the apps on this list. #installer
It's an ergonomically interesting idea: put the stuff you've collected on your way in (keys, letters, milk) next to whatever you reach for after coming through the door. In some cases that'll be a coat hook. So why not hang a shower caddy from the first hook? #memory
yes to layers, caps, slippers, 10 minute bike rides, naps and fingerless knit gloves. Not all at once.
I can't remember how to bookmark an entry, nor do I see a button. So I'm doing this instead, and at least it will show up among my comments.
This outfit seems to have bit the dust.
I see some of the priciest chains listed in their catalogue, and none of the cheapest ones. I guess it saves time using kelkoo and the like.
Good tips, mostly. But there are two points that will trip people - me, mostly - up.
@Mark: And here's me thinking it's an afternoon project... aside from the cement slab you laid there.
