Not to mention a decade or more of drought, a much larger population (read: larger likelihood of starting fires) and a HUGE, regular flow of tourists and campers that don’t always realize how much more sensitive CA is to camp fires or cigarettes that can quickly get out of control

automatic bid for 15th place in standings if he finished 27th or better in stage 8 of the race.

I think at one point this driver was asked in an interview something like:

He’s nuts!

It only takes Juan...

Does that mean he’s not coming on, then?

But WHY, Amazon? WHY are you doing this?

Oh look! A battery held on by zip ties and dreams.

Many folks are dismissive of preparedness, until they’re caught unprepared.

I know there’s a lot of flippant comments, but this really ISN’T common sense for a lot of people. My uncle is a COO for a large multinational company - so, you know, someone who’s generally considered prestigious and smart. A few years ago he and his son almost died after getting stranded, unprepared, in rural

Water, though, is a big freaking deal -- especially if it’s hot, you don’t want to go even a day. Three days and you’re toast. If you fill your

This really has been a one of the greatest features.

That’s why we bought a Ford Transit Titanium used. $17K, 3rd row for my wife to use once in a great while for the kids friends. FWD (Need to mount the Blizzaks soon) Acres of easy clean plastic. Leather seats for ultimate durability. No navigation (Phone) No Media devices (plug in your portable) very little to break.
