Because it seems they shot 2 and 3 together, I’m curious about how that affects the price tag. Would 3 be a little cheaper because (I assume) they’re sharing assets with 2?

I respectfully disagree with your review -- I enjoyed the show more than I expected -- however I’m a little bummed by this comment section and how you’re getting dragged. You wrote a review of a Netflix series and it’s like you’re defending a dissertation in the comments.
The most delightfully unexpected bit of acting from a normally stoic Ford.
I just have to say, the Mantis and Drax team-up was wayyyy funnier than I was expecting, and I kind of hope these characters somehow carry on beyond “Vol.3" while Gunn tries to fix the DCEU.
Need a Poochie-verse movie featuring discarded characters of different franchises.
I’ve always thought they were gonna use that castle for the opening shot, if they were going to keep with the studio logo fading into the first shot. Even made a rough mock-up.
The film starts in 1944 in a Nazi-infested castle...
While it didn’t amount to much other than shortening the runtime by a few minutes, at the very least it showed that the character could fit the PG-13 mold pretty well if he had to.
Thank you. No way in hell Indy 5 would go right to Disney+. Too much invested in it. Spielberg/Ford/Lucas would never go for that.
This is what I’ve been so curious about. I know people say it’ll just be a fade to Disney-ish castle, but I don’t know. The Paramount logo mountain has been such a big part of that franchise, it’s weird that it’s gone. Similar to the 20th Century Fox fanfare before Star Wars, but even more so because it was worked…
Okay, THIS is what got me. I understand they wanted to set him up as the antagonist in this movie, but you would think if he just approached them less aggressively: explained who he is, explained who his people are, explained their shared interests and explained what he wanted, they could have worked together much…
Totally. I imagine there are elements in the car that can be used to build her suit.
I liked the book, loved the movie back in the day, but really love this adaptation/re-adaptation way more than I expected.
It’s remarkable how quickly he’s gotten that massive platform on a death spiral. Any article like this has gotta have a quick expiration date because they’re just tearing that thing apart from the inside out.
He truly is a great actor and I’m glad to see him with strong material like this where he’s not hidden by a digital façade, because as brilliant as he is in mo-cap performance, it’ll be easier for him to get recognized for performances like this.
Good looking cast! ANDOR’s amazing so I hope this is good.
CLOAK & DAGGER, THANK YOU!!
I was scared of everything as a child which makes it miraculous that they were able to thread the needle of having this attraction be genuinely creepy and yet fun enough that generations of children could enjoy it.
It’s funny when you buy your ticket to a big tentpole movie a few weeks or a few months in advance and you’re looking forward to it... and then a few days before you get to see it, all the reviews come out and suddenly you are NOT looking forward to sitting through this thing.
Oh, it’s no Serbian Film, I don’t think. I just found it unpleasant with some rough gore at a certain point and ultimately narratively unsatisfying. I feel like I should revisit it now. From memory, I’d give it a 7 out of 10 on the hard-to-watch scale.
