Social Media is a huge distraction. On the train to work, I’ve got podcasts and a slew of silly games on my phone to keep me distracted from thoughts. Which is great when you’re trying to escape your bad thoughts, but it does not assist in creativity.

I feel like there should be official awards for these things at this point. I know different conventions have awards but I feel like there should be some big official awards thing. Like the equivalent of an Academy Awards for Cosplay. The work some of these people put into these things is incredible.
