To me this comparison looks worse. All that green bounce light makes his face and eyes look creepy. It is more physically realistic, but when the character has bright cartoon dot highlights textured onto his eyes, adjusting the realism of the lighting elsewhere doesn’t help.

You’ve been able to do this with the PS5 since launch as well. I quickly cannabalized my PS4 Pro’s Samsung Evo SSD and used it to play my Ps4 games on my PS5. The Xbox and Ps5  both have that in common.
