I don’t know for sure but I doubt it will happen anytime soon. There are many scenarios where an AI would have to be able to learn on the spot for these jobs and adapt to changing environments. Like the power company parking a truck in the right spot to fix a downed line, a concrete truck going through neighborhoods…

Yep, I’m glad I didn’t have to post this. Even the 4a-fe that my Corolla has is just stupid and will never die. Short gearing makes it respectable performance wise, 1st gear to 30 mph, 2nd to 60, 3rd unknown (maybe 80-90).
