Right, last I knew beating someone up for no fucking reason counted as assault. They should be in jail/juvie. ESPECIALLY if there’s a video recording of this shit.

How the fuck can the police justify there being no arrests? Even if it hadn’t been a hate crime adults attack and attempt to strip a 15yo girl in the street while someone stands by and records. How is that not enough for someone to be arrested? What the actual fuck.

Im trying to understand what the issue is if DNA proved he didnt do it. Its like people been looking for a way to get him out because of his reckless mouth and everyone wants to jump on a bandwagon so they can seem righteous. Ok yeah I’m confused. If his DNA didn’t match what was collected how is she trying to go after him?? He is still kinda garbage for protecting the identity of the person who did the actual assault tho. “....something happened in the room with a couple of my dudes.” Sounds like he knew exactly who was in there.

If the DNA didn’t match, then where’s the issue? I thought that the point of DNA testing?
