I haven’t made the jump to this gen yet - but I’ve been weighing the options and will probably go with PS5. To some degree, it’s a matter of game pass being too good. Why would I get a series x for next gen games when they’re all on GP and I can stream them on my Xbox one?
He’s just mad because he doesn’t want a corporation to write his donation off on their taxes.
The TV show is going to initially appear out of continuity with the existing movies just to take a turn and reveal that it’s the nexus to the entire poltergeist multiverse.
The last horrible decade of their public lives has all just been stunt publicity for a reality show!
Bring me the multimedia Tarsemverse with J.Lo and Lee Pace as the cornerstones already. I’m ready for it.
Apple TV has the war chest to write this off as a prestige accomplishment.
That would be especially delightful considering that they explain the absence of Walker’s character as basically “he’s happy raising a family and just can’t be asked to save the world or help his friends”.
There’s a horse in the hospital!
Most of the games I replay are old and nostalgic, but I think the replayability argument may make more sense for Nintendo because so many of their games have local multiplayer. Your Mario Parties and Karts and New Super Mario Bros are definitely the types of things I’ll bust out with guests even if they’re long in the…
I’ve always heard the phrase “you can have it cheap, fast or good; or you can be bombarded with random strangers telling you you can have it cheap, fast or good”.
He’s just a Prince Kong at this point.
I don’t get this argument. If she hadn’t become an actress, she’d still have a headstart on pursuing education for practically any career she wanted thanks to the wealth and influence of her family.
The way she's threatening to disappear herself is probably due cause to file a restraining order against herself.
Purely anecdotal here, but I’m significantly more likely to buy an indie game I played in game pass than a AAA one. I'm some instances, I've even just bought the DLC for GP games I don't outright own. I almost never do that for big budget games.
The school is called the Academy For Innovative Education, and it’s in Florida. I suspect that’s just the tip of the weirdness iceberg.
The absence of Infomercials on this list disgusts me.
Definitely worth noting Blizzard All-Stars, which tried to do the IP-flex thing with it's own stable of characters. Not sure how successful that was tho.
I’m trying to think about what characters exist in the ActiBlizz stable that have legacy worth celebrating (and could reasonably fit into a smash-ste game), and there are definitely a few obvious ones. Kerrigan from SC, and you could get some decent mileage out of both Warcraft and Diablo. Beyond that, idk. The Lost…
So uh, I think you’re missing the point by conflating mediocrity with box office appeal.
