Yeah. I mean, I think WB is recognizing that maybe the notion of a tightly shared universe isn’t the only way to go with their franchises, and they seem to be doing a good job of making diverse, fun movies that take advantage of the characters and settings. Not all of their output in the past few years has been for

Wait, May 29? I think you may have a misprint, Ari!

I think it’s a point where there are so many logistical and logical errors that the train of thought is basically just “pick an explanation”. The explanation isn’t part of the story. It’s just an inconvenience that needs to be papered over.

Nothing for Heroin off Rock ‘n Roll Animal?

It seems a little counterproductive to fleece gateway fans peeking over from Persona to me.

Uh, yes. We should. We absolutely should give credit to those people you mentioned - all of them and more. Comics are treated as strip mines for multimedia franchising, and they’ll continue to be until we stop treating creators as disposable resources. Credit the original creators of the character, credit the creators

How big is the segment of fans who are both fans of SMT and eager enough to pay extra for an easy mod?

my question is why anyone would be running that command in the first place. Who knows rm -rf but doesn’t know how dangerous it is?

Today’s When Romance Meets comedy article used a "forget it Jake" Chinatown joke too. are you guys doing a bit?

I wouldn’t be surprised. Evil Within 2, Wolfenstein 2, and Doom 2016 are either on PS Now in this moment or were there recently.

My first thought was “Damn, we’re really saying that word uncensored?” and then I realized that if you said “the k-word”, almost no one would have an idea what you were talking about.

It’s just such a weirdly specific slur to use. And when I close my eyes and try to picture it being spoken in my head, it’s always being

Growing up in the South, that’s actually a slur I heard a LOT. I’m not sure how prevalent it is there now because I got the hell on, but it was definitely thrown around by racist kids and adults in the 90s in Georgia.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a regional thing though.

Release the snide remarks.
