I have one of those “except right turns” on my daily drive. It’s at a T intersection so I guess it’s a one and a half stop scenario. From base of T it’s right turn without stop, left turn stop, traffic from the right doesn’t stop and traffic from the left has to stop and wait for the traffic from their right clear…

If you have no idea how big the vehicle you are driving is you deserve all of the penalties that come with that ignorance.
