I don’t mind the lawyers doing their job. They knew they probably had no chance but put together the most plausible defense they could. That’s what a good lawyer is supposed to do. Did you expect them to just walk in and say “the defense rests it’s case” without saying anything else?

When you are backing into a spot you can see all of the traffic around you. When you are backing out you can see almost nothing. I’d rather take my chances while seeing most everything than while seeing almost nothing.

For some reason gas gauge failure is the the most common failure in all the vehicles I’ve driven, both personal and work. It’s not a big deal and you learn a lot about what your vehicle is capable of in the process.
