Redacted because I shouldn’t have bothered responding to this...

Yeah, I’ve heard overall that the base Stingrays haven’t suffered many issues but then again they aren’t really the track version anyway. In my opinion GM better honor the warranty considering they are selling versions of the vehicle that are quite clearly meant for tracking/racing.

That sucks for those that track theirs. I have the base Stingray with over 10K miles and no issues after 4 years.

Makes me miss my 92 accord. That car was ahead of its time.

Agreed, but the bite-sized BK onion rings are a pretty good backup.

I’m in my 30s and still can’t stand beer or drink coffee. I do drink coffee flavored items like caramel frappacinos, but those mainly are just a hint of coffee flavor. I think I’m a supertaster though, so that may be my problem.

I’m fortunate to have decent insurance and have saved up an emergency fund to handle just about anything, but the one thing in the back of my mind that worries me is medical debt. Even with decent insurance, if the insurance company decides to deny coverage, you could be screwed. Not to mention that medical costs are

I had been looking for a “fun” car in general to change things up from my daily driver and saw a new C7 driving around and fell in love with the updated styling. Hadn’t even thought of owning a vette prior to seeing the C7 (it wasn’t even on my radar originally when shopping for the fun car). So in stereotypical

Worked for me. I bought a C7 and I’m a woman under 40.

Especially since the C7 seems like it’s been enticing other demographics like myself (woman under 40). I always liked Corvettes in a general sense, but the C7 is when I actually said hey I want one of those.

In arcade mode it hasn’t been nearly as bad playing as a girl, so that’s mainly the mode I play. When I used to do more quick play and comp it was a pain in the ass to use the mic, which sucks because that’s when you need to use it the most. Even when I would luck out and end up with a pretty good team in comp

Same here. I only play arcade. Granted, there are still assholes in that mode as well, but not as many. I really want to play comp, but I’m just not in the mood for dealing with that toxicity.

I bought a 2014 Corvette in 2015 from out of state and brought it in for service to a local dealer. Hadn’t even had the car a good 6 months and they were trying to buy it from me (even left a letter on the seat when returning it to me in the service center). Now every time I bring it in for service I get asked to sell

Maybe because there’s still a time component involved. I shouldn’t have to spend a lot of time taking my new car to the dealer or potentially being without the car all together due to issues (loaners can be a pain). No one wants to be in a dealership often even if it’s paid for by the warranty. My time is valuable to

Here we go with that elitist Jalop bs. You can love cars but want a more comfortable entry/exit and seating position for your own vehicle. I’m so tired of the “if you don’t drive a miata or a brown station wagon you aren’t a Jalop” bs. Get over yourself (and that’s coming from someone who drives a sports car regularly

I’ve had a trip that was around 27 hours in a plane one way. With 2 stops that totaled a bit over 30 hours total travel time. If it wasn’t for business class (thanks work!) I probably would have gone crazy. First two legs were around 11 or 12 hours each, and the last leg was 3.5 or 4. Luckily between sleeping, eating,

Yeah, I checked and so far so good, so I’m holding out hope.

I think you meant Alabama...lol.

I hadn’t bought anything from Newegg in years but recently found something cheap that was the best price on their site last month. Apparently though I bought it a day before the timeframe they are claiming so I’m hopeful. What are the odds that I buy one really cheap item from them for the first time in years, and it

I like the back, but that front....looks like the car is cock-eyed to me. The back looks refined and a little luxurious, but that front...it’s like they combined two different cars.
