We’ve had 1 black president for over 40 white presidents. He is specifically singled out as “black” and had a considerable birther movement claim he wasn’t born in America even though he’s half-white and was born in Hawaii. I don’t know what you mean by “his cabinet and judges” being “all black” - I counted 4 black…
