All buses in alaska(My Home/Current state) have auto chains. Its a litle spinning wheel with 6" chains on it that lowers and throws ice/snow chain under the wheel as you drive along. They make a racket but they are way better than studs

Boy Scout mentality should always apply when traveling anywhere through nature.. Or just anywhere in general. Pickup after yourself and others if they cant.

Can you guys grow Devils Club or Queen Annes lace down there? Plant some of that in hedge like rows and watch everything stray away from your land.

In Alaska there has been a ‘Uge movement in the offroad community to clean up after yourselves. When traveling down trails, picking the one that is Hard pack or rock VS the muddy and washed out trail. And Sticking to the trail and only walking off of it. We have a big community clean up every year in spring to pick up

Buy Jeep Scrambler
Add Bench and Jump seats

Whats wrong with a lethal weapon movie Skinned in basically Shadow Run+ LOTR. I dont look for depth here and its fun. Its like comparing Princess Bride to a serious period Drama....

Finish Fixing my 81/84 CJ8 Right Hand Drive scrambler and use it as my daily driver to get to work. Its been a long process thus far and i have been working on it now for a few years. Just now yanking the engine and swapping over axles.

Also 4.0 head on the 258 w/ MPFI which i think will be sweet

Mt grandfather got one of these in a non convertible version years ago from the show room floor. He refuses to drive the damn thing thinking it’ll be worth something if it has under 20k miles. I dont think it ever will be, but it sure is fun to zip around in. Good little street track/track day car.

Its actually not that bad of a drive. He just needs requires a CB radio installed if he wants to drive to Pruhdoe bay. Also 1 full tank worth of gas in cans and probably one of those fold out carries that goes in your trailer hitch to carry it.

What, No jeep Cherokee?

These two CJ8's are slowly becoming one. The white one is a great Frame and Decent body but no Drive train. It was an Alaskan Righ hand Drive Postal jeep with a world cab top(which i will be using) The Brown one is rusted to heck, but has a fantastic drive train and the desired axles/ratios.

THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE

Ken Block and Lewis Hamilton? Two completely different worlds. Would be fun to watch the two driving styles. I feel Ken Block would lose at lap times but could comment more on handling and certain aspects that Hamilton couldn’t...

The AMC Hornet. I just love these little cars and they are fun to drive. The Style is so far ahead of its time. The body of 80's malaise and the front clip of 60/70's hand drawn curves. Plus they accept any of AMC’s engines with ease, so you can put a little 4 banger in it and get decent mileage(mid 20's) or go bawls

Would be cool if it wasnt two sides of a pendulum and they tended to have a more middle road approach(either the union or the Auto maker)

So, you buy one with minor gremlins and learn other things as well

Well shoot, ill sell you mine for at least 5k+ S&H

To be fair, all the guys working on the lines SHOULD be IBEW members, and as such be fully qualified to do the repairs they are hired to do, or they risk getting their asses kicked out of the union and lose their livelihood. The major issue is that this small outfit is going to sub sub sub sub contract out to other

I’m not saying your right, or wrong with your statement; but to belittle any opponent is to underestimate them.

future/Concept = Blue/LED

Been there and done that, Thats why if its something that can wait 1-3 days i try and prep everything as much as possible in advance so everything just flys apart/together. Cant always work, but it sure has helped alot after learning it the hard way
